If you have Zyrca Bot II v2.2.0.0 installed, you may use the update, which will update the necessary files for you. If you do not, you will need to do a full install. Please make sure to hit the "update" button in decal to ensure that you have the latest messages.xml.

I applogize for that, the installer was not creating the directory that it needed to export spell files to.
